Ingredients-
  • Corns-1 cup
  • Frozen Peas- 1 cup
  • Carrot- 1 cut into pieces
  • Ginger- 1 inch- grated
  • Turmeric powder-1/4th teaspoon
  • Coriander powder-1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt- to taste
  • Mango powder- 1/2 teaspoon

Method-
  • Mix ginger and all dry masala powder except mango powder in a lilttle2 tablespoons) water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, when hot add this masala mixture cook for few seconds and add the veggies.
  • Sprinkle little water cover and cook.
  • Add mango powder at the end garnish with coriander and serve hot.
  • (you can precook carrot in a microwave for 5 minutes to make it even faster)
