Ingredients-
- corns-1 cup
- Frozen Peas- 1 cup
- carrot- 1 cut into pieces
- ginger- 1 inch- grated
- turmeric powder-1/4th teaspoon
- coriander powder-1 tablespoon
- red chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
- Salt- to taste
- mango powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Mix ginger and all dry masala powder except mango powder in a lil(2 tablespoons) water and keep aside.
- heat oil in a pan, when hot add this masala mixture cook for few seconds and add the vegies.
- sprinkle lil water cover and cook.
- add mango powder at the end garnish with coriander and serve hot.
- (you can precook carrot in a microwave for 5 minutes to make it even faster)
