Fruit and Yogurt Dessert – Quick and Healthy

Sometimes simple things in life are the best. This cute cup of fruits and yogurt is a fun quick fix dessert that my kids love and can have it anytime. They enjoy every fruit I put in it, even the ones they otherwise wouldn’t eat (like plums in this recipe).

I kept it simple with just fruits, yogurt and honey but you can always add some variety by adding nuts, chocolate chips, crushed, cookies, granola etc.
Try different fruits and syrups like , strawberry syrup, chocolate syrup etc.

you can be really creative with this!

Prep time- 5 minutes

Cook Time- 5 minutes
Yield – 4  dessert cups
 
Ingredients-
  • Yogurt- 1 cup (plain greek or vanilla)
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons (optional)
  • Mango- 1 cup
  • Blueberries- 2  tablespoons
  • Plums- chopped- 1/2 cup
Instructions
  • Add 1/4 cup of yogurt in a dessert cup- (I used plain yogurt)
  • Top with some mangoes, blueberries and plums
  • Drizzle with some honey
