A healthy mix of fruits, vegetables and some macaroni pasta. This Salad is so refreshing and delicious that you will keep making it over and over again.  You can have it as a side dish or even serve it as main dish. 
Use the fruits of your choice and enjoy!



Ingredients

  • Macaroni  -  1/4th  cup (boiled and drained )
  • Papaya - 1/2 cup (diced)
  • Mango  - I/2 cup (diced)
  • Chikoo (sapodilla) - 1/4 cup (sliced)
  • Apple  - 1/4th cup (diced)
  • Cucumber  - 1 (diced)
  • Carrot - 1 (diced)
  • Bell pepper - Mixed color ( 1/4th cup diced)
  • Pomegranate - 1/2 cup 
  • Grapes - 1/2 cup (halved)
  • Lemon juice- 11/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp or to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mint leaves - to garnish

Instructions-

  • MIxed all the ingredients together 
  • Add salt sugar and lemon juice and mix well
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve
